Instructions:
For Dosa:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet or dosa tawa over medium heat.

3. Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin layer.
4. Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges of the dosa and in the center.
5. Cook the dosa for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to lift off the skillet and turn golden brown.
6. Flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
7. Once cooked, remove the dosa from the skillet and serve hot with chutney, sambar, or any desired accompaniment.
For Idli:
1. Grease the idli molds with a little oil or ghee to prevent sticking.
2. Pour the dosa batter into each idli mold, filling them about 3/4 full.
3. Place the filled idli molds in a steamer or idli cooker.
4. Steam the idlis for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Once cooked, remove the idli molds from the steamer and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
6. Gently unmold the idlis using a spoon or knife.
7. Serve the idlis hot with chutney, sambar, or any desired accompaniment.
