Ingredients:

- 4 ready-to-eat parotas from your company

- 300 grams boneless chicken, thinly sliced

- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tomato, thinly sliced

- 1 capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced

- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to taste)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons oil

- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

2. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan along with salt, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and tender, stirring occasionally. This should take about 8-10 minutes.

4. In another pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil. Place one ready-to-eat parota in the pan and cook on both sides until it's heated through and lightly golden brown.

5. Once the parota is heated, place it on a clean surface. Spoon some of the cooked chicken mixture onto the center of the parota.

6. Top the chicken mixture with sliced tomatoes, onions, and capsicum.

7. Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander leaves on top for extra flavor.

8. Roll the parota tightly around the filling to form a roll.

9. Repeat the process with the remaining parotas and chicken mixture.

10. Serve the Chicken Parota Rolls hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the rolls before eating.
